FormClock was born from a simple belief: that software should amplify human potential, not complicate it. We're on a mission to replace chaos with clarity.

It started with a spreadsheet.

In 2020, our founders were managing operations for a rapidly growing retail chain. Every Sunday night was the same: four hours of wrestling with Excel, trying to balance employee availability, labor laws, and budget constraints.

One missed cell formula caused a payroll error that took three days to fix. That was the breaking point.

We realized that the tools available were either built for the enterprise of 1990 or were too simple to handle real-world complexity. There was no middle ground.

So we built FormClock. Not just to make scheduling easier, but to fundamentally change how teams operate. To give managers their Sundays back and give employees the transparency they deserve.
